I think if there was one thing I wish I had known

I think if there was one thing I wish I had known at the beginning of motherhood it would have been knowing that mindset is everything. Little shifts change so much. They change your ability to be present. They change your ability to be happy and find joy in the little things. They change how you view your current circumstances. They change everything. So mama, take hold of your thoughts, if they are negative in any way practice gratitude, it’s one of the simplest ways to start switching those negative thoughts to positive, happiness, and contentment - even in the hard parts.
